Colin is again taking part in NaNoWriMo, the challenge to write 50,000 words of a novel in the 30 days of November. He's penning a new thriller called tentatively called, Gatecrash.

Colin recently appeared in a literary quiz published by the Guardian newspaper here in the UK, mentioning his name in the same breath as
some of Scotland's leading poets.
In How well do you know literary Edinburgh?, question six had an interesting choice of poets under the teaser: Who currently holds the office of Edinburgh's Makar - or poet laureate?

FULL CIRCLE - An ARS Concordia Anthology is released today. Edited by Colin, with over 280 pages of fiction and poetry from the members of the online writing group he is a member of, this book is free to download the e-book version, or just over £6 ($11 USD) for the paperback.
Colin has two short stories included in the book; Toothpicks and Only A Bagel.

Colin's short story, On A Monday Morning, previously accepted for publication in the
June issue of Wild Child Publishing, has
unfortunately been cancelled.
The editors of Wild Child have today regretfully announced that they are ceasing the publication of the magazine
portion of their website forthwith.
